The World

You used to say that the world was a very cruel place. I went on a jog today, and I must have crossed many tens of people along the way. Smiling at most of them, less than ten of them really smiled back. It must have been, that either I didn't smile for long enough, or the world was really a cruel place. Because I don't want you to live in a cruel world, I'd choose to believe that it was because I never really smiled, anytime. (:
